We offer personalised coaching packages for runners of all experience levels and ambitions. From weekly running programs through to fully flexible running, strength, and recovery programs with discussions around nutrition and goal setting.

All coaching services are fully personalised, we work with you on your goal setting, and help you find the best way to fit your training schedule around work and family life. Special considerations are available for parents of young ones that build in flexibility to allow you to expect the unexpected.

While running is the vehicle our coaching style is about empowering you to grow, achieve, and develop in all areas of your life. Wellington locals might opt for an in-person meet, but all options are available online from anywhere in the world.

Packages

These packages are designed to give you and idea of the options and likely costs. All packages are fully customisable so reach out to discuss your needs and the right approach for your training goals.

  • $40 per week for a customised training program. Unlimited contact through text messages and monthly scheduled video call to check in on progress.

  • $60 per week for the Running coaching package plus programmed strength conditioning and mobility sessions that are designed to complement your running to reduce injury risk, increase muscular endurance and help you reach your goals.

  • The deluxe $150 a week full programme. This package is available for Wellington athletes only. It includes the running and strength programming as well a weekly in gym personal training session. No extra gym membership needed
